Wheel Cleaner

The WC-15 Passenger & Light Truck Wheel Cleaner quickly and safely removes rust; debris and particle build up on the wheel bead and rim flange areas of the wheel. The WC-15 will clean aluminum and steel wheels from 13" to 20" in rim diameter and up to 12" wide. Clean bead seat and rim flange areas are necessary to insure proper seating of the tire bead and reduces the risk of air leaks at the bead. The WC-15 is a self contained automated unit that allows an operator to safely clean the wheel without the risk of being hit by flying debris or inhaling harmful dust. Enclosed cabinet has full range opening doors to allow easy placement of wheel into cabinet and on to drive rollers. The WC-15 has two (2) rubber coated drive rollers that protect the rim flange and allow for wheel rotation. Wheel face is protected from damage and scratches by a protective non marring plastic shield. Large capacity internal vacuum system captures particles of debris and dust that come from the wheel during the cleaning process. An internal 150 watt long life halogen lamps allows for proper illumination of the wheel during the cleaning process. Large 6" diameter wire brush is powered directly by 2 hp, 3450 RPM electric motor. A heavy duty slide system design allows proper cleaning brush position. Cleaning brush is easily positioned by two adjustable hand cranks. Door safety switch will not permit machine operation unless door is properly closed.
