If you receive a defective product covered under warranty Unique Truck will assist you by providing manufacturer contact information to facilitate a repair or replacement of the item as the manufacturer deems necessary. *Warranties vary by manufacturer, contact us for specific details if you have questions.

If within 30 days you are unsatisfied with a product purchased for any reason other than a valid warranty claim, we will attempt to assist you with a product exchange so you can find the right tool to do the job. If the product cannot be exchanged and you instead decide to return the product, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and the order will be subject to a restocking fee. Returned products must be in new condition and in the original packaging. The amount of the restocking fee will depend on the condition of the goods at the time of the return. In order to receive a credit, returns must be pre-authorized by calling us at 616-531-8868 for an RGA number. Unauthorized returns or “chargebacks” are not permitted. **Engine diagnostics, software and intellectual property are not returnable.
