Compact and Affordable.

The TX600 uses RTIs patented single-pass refrigerant processing system, GAS FLOW III. Because of GAS FLOW IIIs advanced characteristics, we were able to put everything in a very compact enclosure, saving weight and cost, yet maintaining the high level of quality associated with an RTI.

The TX600s small size and heavy-duty wheels make it very portable and easy to store. We used the same durable 1/3 HP compressor and most of the same heavy-duty, long life components used in our more expensive machines. Filter life is 25-50 hours, or about 300-700 pounds of refrigerant processed.  The TX600 uses RTIs Rapid Air Purge, which requires no waiting time.

Operation of the TX600 is extremely simple. During recovery, the refrigerant is cleaned and recycled in a completely automatic single pass and deposited in the 30 lb.  DOT tank. Charging can be done with a conventional electronic weight scale or heated charging cylinder. We even designed the TX600 so that a Deep Vacuum Pump can be stored on top of the machine. The TX600 is ideal for small automotive shops and for truck or bus A/C service. It is approved by EPA for R12 and R134a automotive use. ARI Rated for R12, R134a, and R22.
